Over the last decade, I've built 3 businesses, birthed 3 children (4 total), and helped hundreds of entrepreneurs build evocative brands, generate millions in combined profit, and scale to the top of their industries with psychology backed marketing and predictable sales systems.

You can think of me as the business coach who *ACTUALLY* coaches and *ACTUALLY* cares about her clients. I didn't get into this because it's profitable; this isn't a stepping stone to my next thing— it's what I was CREATED to do.

I'm obsessed with entrepreneurship and cultivating high-impact spaces for mother entrepreneurs to build and scale businesses that fund their version of a RICH life. Businesses that fuel their lives, not drain them. I'm known for speaking bold ideas, bringing clarity to business, sales and marketing, and activating women to relentlessly pursue the dream lives they really want.

BUT it wasn't always like this...

WIFE + MOTHER OF 4

Before the businesses, the stages, and this cult-like community, I was a teen mom & high school dropout working restaurant shifts, trying to figure out how  to not become another poverty-stricken statistic. I worked my way up through hospitality and events to become a Creative Director at a marketing agency until I got tired of missing out on my daughter's life, picked up a camera and built a million-dollar photography brand.

Walking through 8 years of single motherhood gave me the grit and determination I needed to risk it all in the name of winning in business, owning my time, and completely change my family's life— for generations.

Throughout 8 years of success with multiple businesses designed around each season of motherhood, I dreamt of sharing my story and my views to help other women leave the social constructs society tries to convince us we belong in and build wildly successful businesses that align with motherhood. In 2025, God gave me the idea for RICH AS A MOTHER, and here we are.

Hey! I'm Lexie

"Society said: you give us your kids and work 60hrs per week, and we'll give you $60k...and I said BYEEEEEE"

Single mom who worked two jobs for 8 years

I had my daughter at 19 and enrolled in cosmetology school when she was 2 months old. I worked 2 jobs for several years before climbing the ladder through hospitality management and events until I was at the top- branding & marketing restaurants and selling $25,000 wedding venues. I also worked for two nonprofits and eventually became Creative Director at a marketing agency.

2009-2017

Had my son, quit my job and built a 7-fig Photo/Video Brand

I got married at the end of 2017, and quit my job when I had my son in June of 2018. I poured everything into my business, scaled beyond 6-figures in my second year, and brought on my husband full- time as a videographer. Together we documented weddings from the Midwest to Jamaica, and Mexico. We were living our best life and had two more children in 2020 & 2023.

2018-2023

Wanted my weekends back, so I built a Brand & Marketing Agency

As my kids got older and started playing sports, I wanted my weekends back, so I shifted my focus to my passion for entrepreneurship and helping other business owners succeed through business consulting, creative marketing, website design, and custom photo and video assets. Made $300k in my first 18 months, spoke on several stages, and started at teaching workshops.

2024-2025

Trademarked RICH AS A MOTHER & launched programs

I began coaching clients 1:1 in 2025, perfected my curriculum and packaged everything you need to know to build a 7-figure business into a program for coaches, online educators, and service providers that encompasses the strategy, mentorship, and identity transformation required to build a RICH LIFE as a mother entrepreneur.

A DATE TO REMEMBER

FROM HUSTLE TO HIGH-IMPACT

Society has sold women a lie and called it "success". It looks good on paper but creates mothers who feel like they’re failing in every area of life.

For decades, we've been handed the same promise: get the degree, get the job, work hard, climb the ladder, save for retirement, and you'll be able to live the good life... after 65??

We were told this was the "responsible" thing to do and the path to fulfillment. And the biggest lie of all– that putting our babies in daycare at 6 weeks old and relying on before & after school programs to care for them for the next 18 years was not only the norm, but perfectly okay for their wellbeing– despite the agony we feel missing milestone moments and hard times they need us for.

what it means to be

RICH AS MOTHER

For most mothers, the promised path feels more like a jail cell than a gift. Your days consist of a 30 minute commute, clock in at 8, log your 15 minute breaks, skip your 30 minute lunch and eat at your desk, clock out 9 hours later, and spend 30 minutes driving home.

You take 7 days off with your family and sacrifice the other 7 in the name of a promotion and sometimes have to leave your child at home by themselves with a fever because you’re all outta sick days. You drive to work on black ice because your company prioritizes profit over people, and the thought of asking your boss to leave early so you can go to your child’s track meet gives you more anxiety than you can handle, so you just ask grandma to go watch instead.

Live for Fridays. Dread Mondays. Repeat for 50 years.

We're supposed to prioritize work above all and ask for permission to do anything else? Permission to take a vacation? Permission to attend a school event? Permission to care for a sick child? Permission to be present for your family– the mother they need and you want to be???

We've normalized building our entire lives around our careers and then wonder why we feel exhausted, disconnected, and stretched thin. We wonder why our health is in decline and mental illness is on the rise— for us and our children.

But we're not failing, it’s the system failing us. We were sold a definition of success that forces us to choose between vocational purpose and being the mother we want to be. A definition of success that doesn’t empower us, but pulls us further away from the life we were created to live.

We don’t believe women are called to sit at home and cook and clean all day– that they have no place outside the home. No, we believe women are called to build, create, lead, solve problems, sow into others, contribute, generate wealth, and make an impact. We also believe we were created for motherhood, deep relationships, meaningful family connection, and a life that isn't constantly divided between competing priorities.

We reject the idea that motherhood and purpose are opposing forces. We reject the idea that women must choose between vocational success and being present for the people they love. And we reject the lie that freedom comes after fifty years of sacrifice, if you're lucky enough to reach it.

The truth is that nothing is promised. Not retirement. Not job security. Not the future we've been told to wait for.

Mothers need more than weekends, and children need more than the leftover scraps of our time, energy, and attention. We believe work should support life—not the other way around. And we believe the life you want to live exists, but it’s up to you to build it.

I founded Rich as a Mother™ to help women escape their 9-to-5 jail cells, including businesses that turn into jobs. We don't quit working 40 hrs/week to work 24/7.

We build businesses that fuel our ambition and fund our dreams. Businesses designed around our families, our priorities, our unique capacity, and our evolving seasons of life. Businesses that give us ownership over our time, ownership over our income, and ownership over our future.

Being Rich as a Mother™ isn't just about the money. It's about being RICH in:

FAMILY, FREEDOM, PURPOSE, OPPORTUNITY,
& WEALTH

The Manifesto

SPEAKING & TEACHING

I'm on a mission to change how mothers make money and become the leading source of business education and mentorship for women building businesses around freedom, family, purpose, and wealth.

You can find me traveling the country speaking at women's events and teaching tactical business, marketing, and sales strategy at workshops.

I'm not afraid to say the things we're all thinking and inspire women to lead the bold lives they really want, and I'm an absolute genius when it comes to breaking down complex concepts in to actionable steps that increase your bottom line.

If this sounds like a fit for your event, let's talk more.
